I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It's just a short 5-minute walk away from the jetty and the bustling night market. The hotel is also located near the only international bank in town, Maybank, which was very helpful. Additionally, I liked that the hotel provided complimentary laundry facilities and the staff was super friendly. Lastly, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including a traditional coffee shop across the street and various seafood restaurants at the jetty.
Nothing not to love.

The laundry facilities were amazing, making it easy to pack lightly for my city trip. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the jetty and night market, yet far enough for a peaceful rest. I appreciated the convenience of the Maybank being nearby in case I needed to withdraw cash.
The breakfast wasn't great, just packed in a box and not up to par with the room rate paid. the hotel didn't accept credit cards which made it a bit inconvenient.

The complementary laundry facilities were great, which helped keep our luggage light during our stay. The location was excellent - only a short walk away from the bank and jetty, as well as the night market. Being close enough to these attractions, but far enough away to avoid the noise was a definite advantage.
we were caught off guard when we found out that the hotel did not accept credit cards, which made payment a little bit more difficult. The stairs to reach the lobby were also a challenge, especially with heavy luggage, and we feel that this should be advertised more clearly.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, being only a short 5-minute walk away from the jetty and night market. Plus, right next to the hotel, there's the only international bank in town, Maybank. the hotel provides great complementary laundry facilities, which is an added bonus for business travelers. the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided is sufficient, and there's a lot of food options nearby.
Some guests may bring in their own food, which can make the floor smell a bit unpleasant.
